No excitement going on around here. I was disappointed that they gave Mark a dose of Haldol (a sedative) while we were out of the room so they could reposition him. It completely put him to sleep. He is still not as responsive as we would like. Then nurse Amanda just came in and decreased his pain medicine so there is a slight chance we may get a little action out of him.
His parents are glued to the Texas A&M game and he doesn't even know it's going on. It is so not Mark. I'm ready for him to wake up and cheer on the Aggies. He is looking better and does not appear to be in much pain. The plan is to try and wean him off the oxygen support tomorrow.
I am praying for a great Sunday. Justin and Steven are planning to come for a short visit, but the doctor's say family only and no more than two people in the room at a time.
