Mark's Family said...

We spend our lives weaving a tapestry of sorts.
The largest ribbons of color are
our family and closest friends.

The small spaces in between are the countless other people which give us
texture and strength.

They fill the gaps in the most amazing ways.

Weaving each of them in, creates a
warm and interesting life.

When life takes a wrong turn, the tapestry becomes a blanket we wrap around ourselves in which we allow ourselves to fall.

We asked for strength to endure and Heavenly Father sent friends, strangers and angels.

They were all around us…
at the airports, hospitals and hotels.

What a blessing it is that miracles really do happen!
(Thoughts taken from my journal October 2007.)
